Tadfeen aur Janaza ke masail

Al Quran:
Har jaan ko mauth ka maza chakna hai {Surah aale imraan ayath 185}

Janaza ke maani: mayyith ke liye jo chize tayyar hoti hai ose janaza kehte hai.. kafan waghayra..

Mayyith ke maani: mara hoa, jis ke upar mauth taari ho gayi.

Mauth ke maani: zindagi ka baraks.

Mauth ko kasrath se yaad karna chahiye:
Hadith: Lazzate khatam kar dene waali cheez yaani mauth ko kasrath se yaad karte raho {Sahi Ibn Maja Hadees No.3434}.

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya aqal mandh wo shaqs hai jo mauth ko kasrath se yaad kare aur mauth ke baadh aane waale waqt ke liye qoob acchi tarah tayyaari karo {Sahih ibn maja Hadees No. 3435}.

Nabi (saw) ki ummath ki umre(Age Life):
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya meri ummath ki umre 60 se 70 saal tak hai, aur un mein se bahuth kam aise honge jo us hadh se tajawaz karenge {Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.2969}.

Mauth se momin raahath haasil karta hai aur kaafir se dunya raahath haasil karti hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya momin aadmi dunyaavi thakaawato se chutkaara haasil kar ke Allah ki rahmath mein araam haasil paata hai aur faajir wa gunehgaar aadmi se log, abaadiya, daraqth aur chaupaaye araam paate hai {Sahih Bukhari Hadees No. 6512}.

Mauth ki saqti na qaabil bardaasht hai: {Surah Qaaf Ayaath-19}
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ki wafaath ka waqt jab qareeb aya to Aap(saw) ke saamne paani ka ek pyaala

rakha hoa tha jis mein paani tha, Nabi (saw) us pyaale mein apne haath ko daalte aur us se apne chehre par pherte aur farmaate, La ilaha illallah inna lil mauti sakraath – Allah ta’ala ke siva koi maboodh barhaq nahi, yaqinan mauth ke waqt saqth takleef hoti hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 6510}.

hadith: Nabi (saw) ne Hz. Fatima se farmaya ke tumhaare waalid ko wafaath ke waqt aisi takleef pahonchi hai jo qayaamath tak kisi ko nahi pahonchegi {Sahih ibn maja Hadees No. 1320}.

Shaheed ko mauth ke waqt chonti kaatne ke baraabar takleef hoti hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya shaheed ko qatal ke waqt utni takleef hoti hai jitni tum mein se kisi ko chonti ko kaatne ki takleef hoti hai {Tirmizi Hadees No.1668}.

Khud kashi haraam hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jis ne khud ko pahaad se gira kar khud kasha kar li wo jahannam ki aag mein hoga aur hamesha hamesha osi mein pada rahega, jis ne zeher pi kar khud kashi ki to wo zeher us ke haath mein rahega aur jahannam ki aag mein wo zeher pita hee rahega aur jis ne lohe ke kisi hatyaar se khud kashi ki, to wo hatyaar us ke haath mein hoga aur jahannam ki aag mein hamesha hamesha us hatyaar ko apne pet mein maarta rahega {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 5778}.

Mauth ki tamanna karna jaayez nahi:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya tum mein se koi bhi koi darpesh musibath ya takleef ke sabab hargiz mauth ki tamanna na kare, aur agar zaroor hee tamanna karna chahte ho to is tarah keh le, aye Allah mujhe us waqt tak zindah rakh jab tak mere liye zindagi behtar hai, aur us waqt mujhe fauth kar dena jab mere liye wafaath behtar hogi {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 2351}.

Shahaadath ki tamanna ki ja sakti hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.2797}

Buri mauth se panaah maangna jaayez hai:
Nabi (saw) ye dua maanga karte thein: Aye Allah besak main budhaape ki mauth se, bulandi se gir kar marne se, kisi malbe waghayra ke niche gir kar marne se, gham se aane waali mauth se, jal kar marne se aur doob kar marne se teri panaah maangta hoon, aur wafaath ke waqt shaytaan ke hamle se panaah maangta hoon, teri raah mein Jihaad mein peet pher kar bhaagte hoye marne se panaah maangta hoon aur kisi zehrile jaanwar ke dasne se aane waali mauth se bhi teri panaah maangta hoon. {Sahih nasai Hadees No. 5105}.

Achaanak mauth:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya achaanak mauth Allah ta’ala ki naraazgi ki pakad hai kaafir ke liye aur Allah ta’ala ki rahmath hai momin ke liye {Abu dawood Hadees No. 3110}.

Marne ke baadh kya hoga:
Nabi (saw) ne farmaya: bila shuba jab momin bandhe ka dunya se rukhsath hone ka aur aaqirath ki taraf safar karne ka waqt ata hai, to asmaan se roushan chehro waale farishte us ki taraf utarte hai, goya ke un ke chehre suraj ki manindh chamakdaar hai, un ke paas jannath ke libaas ka kafan hota hai aur jannath ki khushbo bhi hoti hai, wo us ke qareeb baith jaate hai, phir mauth ka farishta momin ke paas aata hai aur us ke qareeb baith jaata hai, aur kehta hai aye pakiza ruh, Allah ta’ala ki maghfirath aur raza mandi ki taraf nikal. Phir wo ruh aise asaani se nikal padti hai jaise mashqize se paani ka qatra nikal padta hai, wo farishta ose pakadta hai aur us ke haath mein ruh ko ek lamha bhi nahi guzarta ke dosre farishte ose pakad lete hai au rose jannath ke libas aur khushbo mein lappet lete hai, phir wo farishte ose le kar asmaan ki taraf chadte hai, aur farishto ke jis gruh ke paas se bhi guzarte hai wo kehte hai ye paakiza ruh kaun hai? To wo kehte hai ye falah ka beta falah hai aur us ka wo behetreen naam zikr karte hai jis ke saath ose dunya mein pukara jaata tha yaha tak ke asmaani dunya mein pahonchte hai aur darwaza khola jata hai, aur har asmaan ke muqarrab farishte us ke saath dosre asmaan tak pahonchte hai yaha tak ke wo saathwe asmaan tak pahonchta hai, yaha tak ke Allah ta’ala farmaate hai ke mere bandhe ka amaal nama iliyyin mein rakh do au rose zameen ki taraf us ke jism mein lauta do, phir us ke paas qabar ke farishte aa kar sawaal karte hai .

Aur jab kaafir ki ruh qabz karne ka waqt ata hai to us ke paas siyah chehre waale farishte utarte hai, badhbodaar taat ka kafan hota hai, us ke qareeb baith jaate hai, phir mauth ka farishta us ke sar ke qareeb baith jaata hai, aur kehta hai aye qabees ruh, nikal ke tera rab tujh se bada naraaz hai, us ki ruh us ke jism se nikalna nahi chahti lekin wo farishta ose khinch kar nikaal leta hai, aur ek malha bhi euh us ke haath mein nahi rehti ke dosre farishte ose taat mein lappet kar asaman ki taraf chadte haiaur jab bhi farishto ki kisi jamaath ki taraf se guzarte hai, to ye daryaaft karte hai ke ye kaun khabees ruh hai, wi jawaab dete hai ke ye fala a beta fala hai, aur us ka wo sab se bura naam bataate hai jis ke saath ose dunya mein pukara jaata tha, yaha tak ke ose le kar asmaani dunya mein pahonchte hai aur darwaza kholwaate hai, us ke liye darwaza nahi khola jaata… phir Allah ta’ala farmaate hai is ka amaal nama zameen ke nichle hisse sijjiyeen mein daal do phir us ki ruh ko phek diya jaata hai aur us ke jism mein lauta diya jaata hai aur farishte us se sawaal karte hai. {Musnad ahmad 287/4}.

Jise apni mauth ka yaqeen ho jaaye wo kya kare:
1. Maghfirath ki dua karni chahiye
Hadith: Nabi (saw) apni wafaath ke waqt ye dua pad rahe thein aye Allah mujhe baqsh de, mujh par rahem farma{ Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 4440}.

Kalima shahaadath ki talqeen karni chahiye
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya aise shaqs ko la ilaha illallah ki talqeen karo {Sahi Muslim 916}.
qareeb mauth waale kaafir ke paas ja kar daawate Islam pesh karna jaayez hai
hadith:  ek yahodi baccha Nabi (saw) ki khidmath kiya karta tha, to Nabi (saw) us ki iyaadath ke liye gaye aur us ke sar ke paas baith gaye, Aap(saw) ne us se farmaya tu muslmaan ho ja, us ladke ne apne waalid ki taraf dekha to us ne us se kaha ke Nabi (saw) ki baath maan le, phir wo baccha musalmaan ho gaya, phir Nabi (saw) ye kehte hote baaher nikle ke tamaam tareef Allah ke liye hai jis ne ose aag se bacha liya. Phir jab wo baccha fauth ho gaya to Nabi (saw) ne farmaya apne saathi salaatul janaza pado {Ahmad 175/3}.
Allah ke faisle par raazi rahe
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne faramaya tum mein se hargiz koi fauth na ho magar sirf is haal mein ke wo Allah ke saath accha gumaan rakhta ho .{Sahi Muslim Hadees No.2877}.
yaani jaisi bhi haal mein mauth ho, Allah par ghalath gumaan nahi karna chahiye, tawakkal Allah hee par rakhna chahiye ke khaatema qair ke saath ho.

Allah ta’ala se mulaqaath ki aarzo rakhe:
hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jab momin ki mauth ka waqt ata hai to ose Allah ki khushnodi aur us ke paas izzath ki khushqabri di jaati hai, us waqt momin Allah se mulaqaath ka qaahishmand ho jaata hai aur Allah bhi us ki mulaqaath ko pasand karta hai.{Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 6507}.
wasiyath kar dena chahiye
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya kisi bhi musalmaan ke liye jis ke paas qaabil wasiyath koi maal ho, durusth nahi ke do raate bhi wasiyath ko likh kar apne paas mehfooz kiye baghayr guzaare {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 2738}.
wasiyath 1/3 se zyaada nahi karni chahiye
Hadith: Hz. Saad bin abi waqqas(ra) ke puchne par Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke tihaayi maal ki wasiyath kar sakte ho aur ye bhi zyaada hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.2742}.
wirsaa ke liye wasiyath karna jaayez nahi hai:
Hadith:  Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke Allah ta’ala ne har haq waale ko us ka haq ata kar diya hai, lehaza kisi waaris ke liye wasiyath karna jaayez nahi hai {Sahih abu dawood Hadees no. 2494}.
#Rishtedaar jo waaris nahi hote, un ke haq mein wasiyath karna jaayez hai. wasiyath karte waqt insaaf karna chahiye {Surah Baqra Ayaat 180}
wirsa ko apni tajheez wa takfeen mein sunnath apnaane ki wasiyath karni chahiye
hadith: Hz. Saad bin abi waqqaas (ra) ne apni wafaath se pehle wasiyath kit hi ke mere liye baghli qabar banana aur mujh par kacchi eente nasb karna jaisa ke Nabi (saw) ke saath kiya gaya tha { Sahih ibn maja hadees No.1263}
Husn Khaatame ki alaamath:
# Wafaath ke waqt kalima shahaadath Padna {Abu dawood Hadees No.2673}
# Wafaath ke waqt peshaani par pasina namodaar hona { Tirmizi Hadees No. 982}
# Juma ki raath ya din mein inteqaal hona { Tirmizi Hadees No.1074}.
# Maidaane qitaal mein shahaadath ki mauth haasil hona,
aur doob kar marne wala, aur Jo Allah ke raaste mein tibi mauth se mar gaya wo bhi Shaheed hai,(Sahi Muslim Hadees No.1915}.
# 7 qism ki shahaadate hai, Abu Dawood Hadees No.3111 and Musnad Ahmad, al-Hakim and Ibn Hibban, Sahih..}
Ta’on(plague) me halaak hone wala,
2.pet ki bimaari se halaak hone wala,
3.doob kar marne wala,
4.malbe waghayra ke niche dab kar marna wala,
5.Allah ki raah mein shahaadath paane waala,
6.pahlo ke dard se, jal kar
7. aur aisi aurath jo dauraane hamal fauth ho jaaye.
# Apni jaan maal izzath , ahal wa ayaal ki dafa mein mauth ana,
# Kisi bhi nek amal par mauth ana (jaise roza, salaah.),
# Loga ka mayyith ki tareef karna
{Sahi Bukhari, Sahi Muslim & Al-Tabarani}
Inteqaal karne waale ke mutaalliq ehkaam ka bayaan:
Mayyith ki aankhe bandh karna

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jab tum murdo ke paas haazir ho to un ki aankhe bandh kar diya karo kyo ke nazar ruh ka picha karti hai aur acchi baath kaho kyo ke mayyith ke ghar waalo ki baath par amen kahi jaati hai { Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 920 & Sahi ibn maja Hadees No.1190}.

Mayyith ke liye dua karna

Hadith:  Jab Nabi (saw) abu samla (ra) ki wafaath ke baadh ghar tashreef le gaye to dua farmaayi ke aye Allah abu salma ko  baqsh de aur us ke darje ko hidaayat yaafta logo mein buland farma, us ke baaqi logo ki nigraani farma, aye jahaano ke parvardigaar hamein au rose baqsh de aur us ki qabar us ke liye kushaada aur munawwar farma de {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 920}.

Mayyit ko Kisi kapde se dhaanpna:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ki wafaath ke baadh Aap(saw) ko dhaari daar chaadar se dhaanp diya gaya tha {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 5814}.

Halaate ehraam mein inteqaal karne waale ka chehra na dhaapa jaaye
Hadith: ek sahabi(ra) ehraam pehene hoye thein aur apni sawaari se gir kar fauth hogaye to Nabi(saw) ne farmaya ke ise paani aur beri ke patto ke saath ghusul do aur ose us ke ehraam ke duno kapdo mein kafan do, ose khushbo math lagaao aur us ke sar aur chehre ko math dhaanko, bilashuba ose qayamath ke din talbiya kehte hoye hee uthaya jayega {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1265}.

Mayyith ke kafan dafan mein jaldi karni chahiye
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne faramaya janaaze ke saath jaldi karo, kyo ke agar wo nek hai to tum us ko bhalaayi ki taraf nazdik kar rahe ho aur agar wo us ke siva hai to ek shar hai jise tum apni gardano se utaarte ho {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1315}.

Mayyith ke chehre se kapda hataana aur us ka bosa lena jaayez hai
Hadith: Hz.Abubakr Siddiq(ra) ne Nabi(saw) ki wafaath ke baadh Aap(saw) ne chehre se kapda hataya aur jhuk kar chehre Mubarak ko busa diya aur rone lage (yaani do aankho ke darmiyaan busa liya) {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 4452}.

Mayyith ke rishtedaar sabr kare aur inna lillaahi wa inna ilaihi rajioon kahe
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne ek qatoon rishtedaar se farmaya sabr to jab sadma shuro ho us waqt karna chahiye aur Mayyith par rona pitna haraam hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1283}.

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jis ne kisi ki mauth par ruqsaaro ko pita, girenbaan ko phada aur jaheliyath ki baate baki, wo hum mein se nahi{Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1294}.

 

Aulaad ki wafaath par sabr ki fazilat:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne ansaari aurto se farmaya tum mein se jis aurath ke 3 bacche fauth ho gaye aur us ne sabr se kaam liya to wo jannath mein daakhil hogi, ek aurath ne pucha kya 2 baccho ke liye bhi yahi maamla hai, Aap(saw) ne faramaya haan. {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 2632}.

Ghar waalo ke rone se mayyith ko azaab ko azaab hota hai
Hadith: Nabi(saw) ne farmaya ke mayyith par us ke ghar waalo ke baaz rone se ose azaab hota hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1287}.

Mayyath par rone ki jaayez surath:
Hz. Jabir (ra) ne kaha ke jab mere waalid Shaheed ho gaye to main un ke chehre par pada hoa kapda kholta aur rota tha, dosre log mujhe rokte thein lekin Nabi kareem (saw) kuch nahi keh rahe thein.{Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1244}.
(Yaani mayyath ko dekh kar agar rona aaye to koi baath nahi lekin nuha nahi karna chahiye yaani cheeq wa pukaar).

Ittela dene waale ko chahiye ke mayyith ke liye isteghfaar ki talqeen kare { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.1957}.

Wirsa ko chahiye ke jald az jald mayyith ke qarz ko ada kare
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya momin ki ruh qarz ke saath us waqt tak muallaq rehti hai jab tak ose ada nahi kar diya jaata .
Hadith:  Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jis shaqs ne logo se ada karne ke iraade se maal haasil kiya (phir kisi wajeh se wo zindagi mein ada na kar saka) to Allah ta’ala us ki taraf se ada farma denge, (yaani intezaam farma denge) aur jis ne logo se halaak (zabt) karne ki niyyath se maal liya to Allah ta’ala bhi ose halaak kar denge.{Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 2378}.

Biwi ke siva mayyath par 3 din se gham kisi ke liye jaayez nahi hai
Hadith: umme habiba(ra) ne kaha ke Nabi(saw) ne farmaya ke kisi aurath ke liye jo Allah aur yaume aaqirath par imaan rakhti ho jaayez nahi ke wo 3 din se zyaada kisi ka gham manaaye sivaaye shuhar ke (ke us ka soog) 4 mahine 10 din tak hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 5334}.

 

Marne waale ko gaaliya dena mamno hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya murdo ko gaali math do, kyo ke unhone aage bheja hai ose haasil kar liya hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1393}.

Inteqaal ke tisre din ki mehfil, chaaliswe din ki mehfil, fatiha qwaani, qur’aan pad ke murde ki taraf sawaab ki niyyath karna ye sab kaam Nabi (saw) ki sunnath se saabith nahi hai

Mayyith ke liye marhoom lafz ka istemaal:
Marhoom lafz ke maani hai ke rahem kiya gaya (yaani jis par rahem kar diya gaya ho) is lafz ke bajaaye rahmatullah alaih istemaal karna zyaada behtar hai jis ke maani hai Allah is par rahem kare, jab ke marhoom mein ye maani aate hai ke us par rehem ho chuka, jab ke is baath ki koi bhi aadmi gawaahi nahi de sakta jab tak hamein Allah ilm na de.

 

Mayyath ka ghusl:
Zinda afraad par musalmaan mayyith ko ghusl dena waajib hai
Hadith: jab Nabi (saw) ki beti ki wafaath hoyi to Nabi (saw) waha tashref laaye aur faramaya ke ise 3 ya 5 ya is se bhi zyaada martaba ghusl do {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1253}.

Miya biwi ek dosre ko ghusl dene ke zyaada haqdaar hai
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne Hz. Aisha (ra) se farmaya ke agar tu mujh se pehle fauth ho gayi to main tujhe ghusl donga{ Sahih ibn maja Hadees No. 1197}.

Hadith: Hz. Aisha (ra) ne kaha ke agar mujhe us baath ka ilm pehle ho jaata jis ka ilm mujhe taqeer se hoa to Nabi (saw) ko sirf Aap(saw) ki azwaaj hee ghusl deti { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.1196}.

Hadith: Hz.fatima (ra) ne wasiyath ki ke unhe Hz. Ali (ra) hee ghusl de { Daar khutni 79/2}.

Hadith: hz. Asma binte umais (ra) jo Hz.Abubakr (ra) ki biwi thi unhone Hz.Abubakr (ra) ki wafaath ke baadh unhe ghusl diya { Maotta Imam Malik kitabul janaayez}.

Note: Ulema ki raaye yahi hai ke shuhar biwi ko aur biwi shuhar ko ghusl de sakti hai.

Ek aur hadith mein hai ke mayyath ko ghusl den aka sab se zyaada haq us ke sab se qaribi ko hai (agar ose saare tariqe maloom ho to) warna ahle ilm ghusl denge – mard ko mard aur aurath ko aurath.

Kya hayza aurath ghusl de sakti hai?
Saudi majlis ifta ka ye fatwa hai ke hayza aurath dosri aurto ko ghusl de sakti hai aur mardo mein sirf apne shuhar ko.

Nabi (saw) ko kapdo sameth ghusl diya gaya, lekin aam musalmaan ko kapde utaar kar ghusl diya jaaye.

Ghusl sete waqt parde ka ehtemaam zaruri hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya na koi mard kisi mard ke satar ko dekhe aur na koi aurath kisi aurath ke satar ko dekhe {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 338}.

Ghusul kitne martaba de?:
Hadith: Hz. Umme Atiya (ra) se marvi hai ke Nabi (saw) hamaare paas us waqt aaye jab hum Aap(saw) ki saaheb zaadi ko ghusl de rahe thein,Aap (saw) ne farmaya ise 3 martba ya 5 martaba ya is se bhi zyada martaba ghusl do agar tum zarurat mehsoos karo.

Ghusl paani aur beri ke pattho se do aur aaqir mein kuch kaafor daal lena aur ghusl se faarigh ho kar mujhe ittela dena. {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1235}.

Ya kafoor ljism par lagaya jaaye ya kafoor ko paani mein mila kar paani sala jaaye.

Is ke 2 fayeda bataaye gaye hai ta ke mayyith khusbodaar ho jaaye aur dosra ye ke koi mauzi jaanwar mayyath ke qareeb na aaye.

Ghusl ke liye autrath ke baal kholna:
Hadith: Hz. Umme Atiya (ra) ne Aap(saw) ki beti ko ghusl dete waqt un ke baalo ko khola aur unhe dhoya aur phir un ki 3 mendhiya bana di {sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1260}.

3 mendhiya bana kar aurath ke baal ko piche daal dena chahiye,
Shaik albaani ne is baare mein wazaahath ki hai ke aurath ke baal acchi tarah dhone chahiye.

Mayyath ko ghusl dete waqt narmi se pesh aana chahiye
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya mayyith ki haddi ko todna zinda insaan ki haddi ko todne ki tarah hai { Sahih abu dawood Hadees No.2746}.

Mayyath ko ghusl dene waala ghusl karle:
Hadith: Hz. Ibn Umar (ra) se marwi hai ke hum mayyith ko ghusl dete to hum mein se kuch  ghusl kar lete thein aur kuch ghusl nahi karte thein { Daar khutni 27/2}.

Mayyath ko agar sone ya chaandi ke daanth ho to?Ghusl dete waqt mayyith ko chandi ya son eke daadnth utaar lena chahiye.
Mayyath ke naqun aur baal

Mayath ke naquun aur zere naaf ke baal agar bade ho to unhe saaf karna chahiye.

 

Mayyath ko kafan dene ka bayaan:
Mayyath ko kafan dene zarori hai

Hadith: ek sahabi (ra) jo halate ehraam mein apni sawaari se gir kar fauth ho gaye thein un ke baare mein Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke unhe kafan do {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1849}.

Kafan:
Kafan aisa dena chahiye jo mayyith ko chupale
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi apne bhai ko kafan de to ose accha kafan dena chahiye {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 943}.

Kafan mayyith ke maal ka hona chahiye qwaah us ke paas utna hee maal tha ho jis se kafan kharida ja sakes

Agar kafan kam ho aur murde zyaada to ek kafan mein zyaada murde bhi dafan kiye ja sakte hai
Hadith: Nabi (saw) shuhuda e Uhad ke do admiyo ko ek hee kapde mein kafan dete thein {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1343}.

Isteta’ath ho to accha kafan dena chahiye:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi apne bhai ka wali bane to ose accha kafan pehnaaye { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.1202}.

Shahido ko unhee kapdo mein kafan diya jaaye jin mein wo Shaheed hoye:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne shuhadaaye uhad ke baare mein farmaya ke unhe un ke kapdo hee mein lapet do {Sunan Nasai Hadees No. 1892}.

 

Jis ka inteqaal ehraam kihaalath mein ho us ka kafan ehraam hee ko bana chahiye:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya Muhrima ko us ke ahraam hee mein kafan do, aur khushbo na lagao, aur us ka sar bhi na dhaanpo, is liye ke qayamath ke din ose ehraam ki haalath mein hee uthaya jayega {Sunan Nasai Hadees no. 1796}.

 

 

Mayyath ko khushbo lagana:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jab tum mayyith ko khushbo lagao to 3 martaba lagao { Ahamd 331/3}

Lekin ehraam waale ko khusbi nahi lagane ka hukm hai.

Safedh rang ke kapde mein kafan dene musthab hai:
Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya safedh libaas pehna karo, ye tumhaare malbusaath mein behetreen aur umdah libaas hai, aur apne marne waalo ko bhi is mein kafan diya karo { Sahih abu dawood Hadees no. 3284}.

Kafan kitne kapdo ka diya jaaye:
Hadith: hz. Aisha (ra) se riwayath hai ke Nabi (saw) ko safedh rang ke 3 kapdo mein kafan diya gaya tha jis mein qameez aur pagdi nahi thi { Sahi Bukhari Hadees no.1264}.

Kafan ek kapde mein bhi dena saabith hai jaisa Hz.Musab bin Umair (ra) ko aur Hz. Hamza(ra) ko ek kapde mein kafan diya gaya tha

Kafan do kapdo mein bhi diya ja sakta hai jaisa ke ehraam ki haalath mein marne waale ko ehram ke 2 kapdo mein kafan diya gaya tha

Aurath aur mardh ke kafan mein koi farq nahi hai (Shaik Albani .Rahimaullah).

Janaaze ke saath chalne ka bayaan:
Janaaze ko le kar jaldi chalna chahiye:

Hadith: janaaze ko le jaane mien jaldi karo, agar wo nek hai to tum ose bhalaayi ki taraf nazdik kar rahe ho aur agar wo us ke siva hai to wo ek shar hai jise tum apni gardano se utaarte ho {Sahi Bukhari hadees no. 1315}

Hadith:Nabi 9saw) ne farmaya ke jab tum mein se koi fauth ho jaaye to ose rok kar math rakho au rose qabr tak pahonchaane mein jaldi karo { Tabraani 444/12}.

Janaaze ke saath chalna aur ose khanda dena sunnath hai:
Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke musalmaan par musalmaan ke 5 haq hai salaam ka jawaab dena, mareez ki iyaadath karna, janaaze mein shirkath karna, daawath qubool karna aur jise chik aaye ose yarhamu kallah kehna {Sahi Bukhari Hadees no. 1240}.

Janaaze kea age piche chalna
Hadith: hz. Anas(ra) se marvi hai ke Nabi(saw), Hz. Abubakr (ra) aur Hz. Umar (ra) baaz auqaath janaaze ke piche aur janaaze kea age chalte thein { Ibn maja Hadees No.1483}.

Janaze ke saath sawaar ho kar jaana Nabi (saw) ne na-pasand farmaya:
Nabi (saw) ke paas ek jaanwar laya gaya jab ke Aap(saw) janaaze ke saath thein, to Aap(saw) ne us par sawaar hone se inkaar kar diya lekin waapsi mein Nabi (saw) ke paas jab jaanwar laya gaya to Aap(saw) us par sawaar ho gaye.{ Sahih abu dawood Hadees No.2720}.

 

 

Janaaze ke piche ya janaaza jaane ke baadh girebaan phaadna halaakath ki duaye karna haram hai:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya chehro ko pite girebaan chaak kare aur jaheliyath ki baatein bake, wo hum mein se nahi {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1294}.

 

Janaaze ke saath chalte hoye oonchi awaaz mein zikr karna bid’aath hai:

Hadith: Hz. Qais bin ubada (ra) se marvi hai ke Nabi (saw) ke Sahaba(ra) janaazo ke qareeb onchi awaaz ko na pasand farmaate thein { Bahiqi 74/4}

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke awaaz aura ag ke saath janaaze mein shirkath na ki jaaye { Abu dawood Hadees No.3171}.

 

Janaaze ko dekh kar khade hone ka hukm mansooq ho chukka hai

Hadith: Hz. Ali (ra) se marvi hai ke Nabi (saw) ne janaaze mein hamein khada hone ka hukm diya phir us ke baadh Aap(saw) baithne lage aur hamein bhi baithne ka hukm diya { Sahih abu dawood Hadees No. 2818}.

Lekin khanda dene ke liye uth kar jaana durusth hai.

Mayyith uthaane walo ko wazu kar lena mustaheb hai :
Hadith: jo mayyith ko ghusul de ose ghusul karna chahiye aur jo ose uthaaye ose wazu karna chahiye { Sahih abu dawood Hadees No.2707}.

Qawateen janaaze ke saath na jaaye:

Umme Atiya (ra) se amrvi rivayath mein hai ke hamein (yaani aurto) ko janaaze ke saath chalne se mana kiya gaya magar takeedh se mana nahi hoa hai {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1278}.

Mayyith par salatul janaza padna wajib hai:

Qarz daar ki salah janaaza:

Hadith: jis shaqs par qarz tha Nabi (saw) ne khud us ka janaza padne se ijtenaab kiya lekin logo ko hukm diya ke apne saathi ki namaaze janaza pado {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 5371}.

Salatul janaza ki fazilath:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya jis shaqs ne janaaze mein shirkath ki phir salatul janaza padi to ose ek khairaath ka sawaab milta hai aur jo dafan tak saath raha to ose 2 qairaath ka sawaab milta hai, pucha gaya 2 qairaath kitne hote hai? Fermaya ke 2 azeem pahaado ke baraabar {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1325}.

 

Namaaze janaaze kaha padi jaaye:

Nabi (saw) masjid ke baaher janaaze gaah mein salatul janaaze padte thein aur kabi masjid ke andar bhi.

Hadith: Najjashi jab fauth hoye to Nabi (saw) aur Aap(saw) ke sahaba ekraam (ra) salatul janaza ke liye baqi ki janaze gaah ki taraf gaye {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1245}

Hadith: Hz. Aisha (ra) se marvi hai ke Allah ki qasam Nabi (saw) ne baidha ke duno beto ki salatul janaza masjid mein ada farmaayi {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 973}.

Qabro ke darmiyaan salatul janaza jaayez nahi hai.
Hadith: Hz. Anas (ra) se marvi hai ke qabro ke darmiyaan  khade ho kar salatul janaza padne se Nabi (saw) ne mana farmaya hai{Tabrani}.

 

Kya Qawateen salatul janaza pad sakti hai?:

Hadith: Hz. Aisha (ra) se marvi hai ke jab Hz.saad bin abi waqaas (ra) fauth hoye to Nabi (saw) ki azwaaj (ra) ne paighaam bheja ke un ka janaza masjid mein laaye ta ke wo bhi un ki salatul janaza pad le, chuna che unhone aisa hee kya {Sahi Muslim Hadees No.973}.

Note: Qawateen salatul janaza ada kar sakti hai lekin mayyith ke piche nahi ja sakti.

 

Salatul janaza mein logo ki tedaad zyaada rehne ka fayda:

Hadith: Nabi(saw) ne farmaya jis mayyath par musalmaan ka ek gruh jin ki tedaad 100 tak pahonchta ho, Salatul janaza pade aur wo sab us ke liye sifaarish kare, to us mayyath ke haq mein un ki sifaarish qubool ki jaati hai. {Sahi Muslim Hadees No.947}.
Ab mayyath ki salatul janaza mein jitney zyaada log honge utna zyaada mayyath ke liye fayda hoga
#Salatul janaza jamaath ke saath padna sunnath tariqa hai lekin kisi wajeh se akel bhi salatul janaza ada ki ja sakti hai, jaisa ke Nabi (saw) ki salatul janaza kayi Sahaba (ra) ne alag alag padi thi

#Salatul janaza se pehle na azaan hai aur na iqaamath.
Salatul janaza ke liye kitne aadmi chahiye?:

#Salatul janaza ke liye kam se kam 3 admi ki jamaath saabith hai { Hakim 365/1}.

 

Salatul janaza ke liye safe taaq hona zaruri nahi hai:

Hadith: jab Nabi (saw) aur Sahaba (ra) salatul janaza ke liye khade hoye to Aap(saw) ne hamaari 2 safe banaayi. {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 952}.
3, 5 ya 7 banana laazim nahi hai, zarurath ke hisaab se kitni bhi safe banaayi ja sakti hai.

Salatul janaaze ke waqt imaam kaha khada hona chahiye:

Hadith: Hz.Anas bin Malik (ra) se marvi hai ke unhone ek shaqs ki salaatul janaza padayi, to wo us ke sar ke paas khade hoye, jab ose utha liya gaya to ek aurath ka janaza laya gaya to unhone us ki bhi salatul janaza padayi, to wo us ke darmiyaan mein khade hoye, phir kisi ne daryaaft kiya ke mard aur aurath ke janaaze ke liye jaha aap khade hoye hai Nabi(saw) bhi us tarah khade hote thein to unhone kaha haan.{ Sahih abu dawood hadees no. 2735}.

Imaam salatul janaza ke liye 4 takbeer kahe?:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne jab najjashi ki salatul janaza padayi to us par 4 takbeer kahi{ Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1334}

Pehli takbeer ke baadh sureh fatiha padna chahiye
Dosri takbeer ke baadh darood e Ibraheem pade
Tisri takbeer ke baadh dua kare
Chauthi takbeer ke baadh salaam pher de

Aaqri takbeer ke baadh duno jaanib salaam kar sakte hai ya ek jaanib bhi

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne salatul janaza padaayi, 4 takbeer kahe aur ek hee salaam kiya { Daar qatni hadees No. 191}.

Salatul janaaze ki takbiro mein Rafayadein:
Hadith: Beshak Nabi (saw) ne salatul janaza ke liye takbeer kahi aur pehli takbeer ke saath rafayel dayn kiye aur phir daaye haath ko daaye haath ko baaye haath par rakhe { Sahih tirmizi Hadees No.1077}.

 

Agar zyaada janaaze ekhatte ho jaaye to?:

Mardh aur aurtho ki salatul janaza ek saath padi ja sakti hai, lekin mardo ko imaam ke saamne rakha jayega aur aurto ko qible ki taraf rakha jayega

Hadith: Hz. Ibn umar (ra) se marvi hai ke unhone 9 janazo ki ek saath salatul janaza padi aur mardo ko imaam ke qareeb aur aurto ko qible ke qareeb kar liya {Sunan Nasai 280/1}.

 

3 waqto mein salatul janaza ada karna mamno hai :

Hadith: Hz.Uqba bin Aamer (ra) se marvi hai ke 3 waqt aise hai jin mein salaah padne aur mayyath ko tadfeen karne se Nabi (saw) hame mana farmaya karte thein

Jab aftaab tulo ho raha ho
Jab suraj nisf asmaan parho jaaye
Jis waqt suraj ghuroob hona shuro ho jaaye
{Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 831}.
Salatul janaza ke baadh ijtemaayi dua:

Ulema ekraam ne is maamle mein ye baath waazeh kardi hai ke salatul janaza ada kar lene ke baadh Nabi (saw) se ijtemaayi dua saabith nahi hai.

 

Khudkashi karne waale ki salatul janaza:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ke paas ek aisa shaqs laya gaya jsi ne teer ke zariye khudkashi Karli thi, to Aap(saw)ne us ki salatul janaza nahi padayi {Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 978}.

Hadith: ek aur rivayath mein hai ke Nabi (saw) ne khudkashi karne waale ke mutalleq farmaya ke rahi baath meri to main is ka janaza nahi padonga {Sunan Nasai Hadees No. 1855}.

Note: Lekin aap aadmiyo ko aise shaqs ki salaah padna ki ijaazat di gayi hai is liye ke khudkashi karne wala gunehgaar hai lekin kaafir nahi.

 

Sharayi hadh lagayi jaane waale shaqs ki salatul janaza:

Hadith: ek shaqs Nabi (saw) ke paas aya aur us ne zina ka iqraar kiya, Nabi (saw) ne us se pucha kya to paaghal hai, us ka nahi, Nabi (saw) ne us se phir pucha kya to shadi shuda hai, us ne kaha haan, Aap(saw) ne us par rajam ki saza sunaayi aur wo mar gaya aur Nabi (saw) ne us ke liye qair ke kalimaath kahe aur phir us ki salatul janaza padayi {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 6820}.

 

Murda bacche ki salatul janaza:

Hadith:  Nabi (saw) ne farmaya bacche ki salatul janaza padi ja sakti hai  { Sahih abu dawood Hadees No. 2723}

Hadith: Na tamaam bacche ki salatul janaza padi ja sakti hai
Na tamaam bacche se muraad wo hai jis ke 4 maah mukammal ho chuke ho is liye ke us mein ruh phuk di jaati hai

Shaheed ki salatul janaza padna jaayez hai.

 

Qabr mein dafan kar dene waale shaqs ki salatul janaza:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne ek aise shaqs ki salatul janaza padi jise guzishta shab dafan kar diya gaya tha, Aap(saw) us ki qabar par aaye aur us ki salatul janaza padi{Sahi Bukhari Hadees no. 1340}.

Ghayebana salatul janaza:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne us din najjaashi ki mauth ka elaan kiya jis din wo fauth hoa, phir Aap (saw) logo ko le kar eidgaah ki taraf chale gaye, un ki safe banayi aur najjaashi ki ghayebana salatul janaza padte hoye us par 4 takbeer kahe {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1333}.

Mayyath ki tadfeen ka bayaan:

Mayyath ko dafan karna zarori hai qaah wo kaafir hee ho:

Hadith: Hz. Ali (ra) se rivayath hai ke jab abu talib ka inteqaal hoa to main Nabi (saw) ke paas aya aur main ne kaha Aap(saw) ke budhe chacha fauth ho gaye hai, Aap(saw) ne farmaya jaao unhe dafan kar do {Sunan Nasai Hadees No. 190}.

 

Murdo ko qabrastaan mein dafan karna chahiye:

Jaisa ke Nabi (saw) k ayhi mamol tha ke Aap(saw) murdo ko baqi ke qabrastaan mein dafan kiya karte thein

Ambiya aur shuhada ke liye qabrastaan zaruri nahi hai:
Hadith: Jab Nabi (saw) ki wafaath hoyi to logo ne Aap(saw) ki tadfeen ke mutalliq eqtelaaf kiya ke Aap(saw) ko kaha dafan kare, is mauqe par HzAbubakr (ra) ne kaha ke main ne Nabi (saw) se kuch sun rakha hai jise main ne bhulaya nahi, Aap(saw) ne farmaya tha Allah ta’ala ne har Nabi ko wahi fauth kiya jaha wo dafan kiya jaana pasand karta tha, Phir Sahaba (ra) ne Nabi (saw) ko Aap(saw) ke bistar ki jagah dafan kiya. { Sahih tirmizi Hadees no. 1018}.

 

Shuhada ko bhi osi jaga dafan karne ka hukm hai jaha wo qatl kiye gaye:

Hadith: Hz.Jabir (ra) ke waalid jab junge uhad mein Shaheed hoye to unki phupo un ke waalid aur maamo jo Shaheed ho gaye thein le kar aayi, main ne unhe ont par mazboti se baandh diya aur phir wo unhe hamaare qabrastaan mein dafan karne ke liye madina mein dakhil hoyi ke utne mein ek aadmi aaya jo elaan kar raha tha qabardaar! Nabi (saw) tumhe hukm dete hai ke maqtulo ko waaps le aao aur unhe wahi dafan karo jaha unhe Shaheed kiya gaya tha {Musnad Ahmad 398/3}.

 

Salaah ka inkaar karne waalo ko kya musalmaano ke qabrastaan mein dafan kiya jaaye:

Saudi majlis ifta: jo shaqs salaah nahi padta aur wo osi haalath mein fauth ho jaaye to ose musalmaano ke qabrastaan mein dafan nahi kiya jayega kyo ke salaah ke wajoob ka inkaar karte hoye ose chohdne wala kaafir hee hai aur susti karte hoye salaah chohdne wala bhi ulema ke qareeb kaafir hee hai.

 

Qabar ko gheri aur saaf suthri banaani chahiye:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya gehra khudo gehra karo aur acchi qabar banaao (yaani saaf suthri andar ke hisse mein) { Sahih abi dawood Hadees No. 2754}.

 

Baghli qabar sidhi qabr se Afzal hai:

Baghli qabar ke liye arabi mein jo lafz istemaal hoa hai wo hai lahad yaani panaah ka kona.

Hadith: Hz.Anas (ra) se marvi hai ke jab Nabi (saw) ki wafaath hoyi to madine mein ek aadmi baghli qabar banata tha aur dosra sidhi qabar banata tha, logo ne kaha ke hum isteqara karte hai aur un duno ki taraf aadmi bhej dete hai, un mien se jo bhi piche reh gaya hum ose chohd denge. Phir un duno ki taraf paighaam bhej diya gaya to baghli qabar banaane wala pehle aa pahoncha, lehaza unhone Nabi (saw) ke liye baghli qabar banayi. { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.1264}.

 

Ek qabar mein ek se zyaada logo ki tadfeen ki sakti hai:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne uhad ke do do shahido ko tadfeen mein ek saath jama farmaya tha {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1354}.

 

Mayyath ko qabar ke khadmo ki jaanib se daakhil kiya jaaye:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ko Aap(saw) ke sar ki jaanib (yaani qabar mein rakhne ke baadh jaha aap ke pao honge) waha se dakhil kiya gaya. { Bahiqi 54/4}.

 

Mayyath ko qabar mein daakhil karte waqt ye dua padni chahiye:

Hadith: Jab mayyath ko qabar mein utara jaata to Nabi (saw) ye dua kehte

“Bismillaahi wa aala millati rasulillah” { Sahih abi dawood Hadees No.2752}.

Mayyath chaahe mard ho ya aurath ose mard hee qabar mein utaarega:
Nabi (saw) ke zamaane se le kar aaj tak musalmaano ka yahi amal raha hai.

Mayyath ke auliyaa ose qabar mein utaarne ke zyaada haqdaar hai :

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ko 4 logo ne qabar mein utaara. Hz.Ali(ra), Hz.Abbas(ra), Hz.Fazal(ra) aur Nabi(saw) ke khaadim Saaleh. { Hakim 362/1}.

 

Ghayr aurath ko kaisa aadmi qabar mein utaare:

Hadith: Hz.Anas se marvi hai ke hum Nabi(saw) ki beti ke janaaze mein haazir hoye, Nabi (saw) qabar par baithe thein, main ne dekha ke Aap(saw) ki aankho se aanso jaari hai, Aap(saw) ne daryaaft kiya ke kya aisa aadmi bhi yaha koi hai jo aaj raath ko aurath ke paas na gaya ho? Ye sun kar Hz.Abu Talha (ra) ne kaha main hoon, Aap (saw) ne farmaya phir tum qabr mein utro, chuna che wo utre aur dafan kiya {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1342}.

 

Mayyath ko qabar mein utaarne ke baadh chahra kholna:

Mayyath ko daaye pehlo par qibla rukh rakha jaaye
Mayyath ko qabar mein utaarne ke baadh chahra kholne ki koyi daleel maujoodh nahi hai sivaaye us shaqs ke jo ehraam ki haalath mein inteqaal kiya ho.
Dauraane tadfeen aalim shaqs ko chahiye ke logoko waaz wa nasihath kare:

Hadith: Hz.bara bin aazeb (ra) se marvi hai ke hum Nabi (saw) ke saath ek ansaari ke janaaze mein nikle, hum qabar tak aaye, mayyath ko abhi dafan nahi kiya gaya tha, Nabi (saw) baith gaye aur hum bhi baith gaye goya hamaare saro par parinde baithe hai, Nabi (saw) ke haath mein ek lakdi thi aur Aap(saw) us se zameen kuredh rahe thein, Aap(saw) ne apna sar uthaya aur farmaya azaabe qabr se Allah ta’ala ki panaah maango, Aap(saw) ne ye 2 ya 3 martaba farmaya. { Musnad ahmad 168-58/6}.

 

Mayyath ko dafan karne aaye har haazir shaqs par 3 lap mitthi daalne mustahab hai:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne ek salatul janaza padaayi, phir Aap(saw) mayyath ki qabar ke paas aaye aur Aap(saw) ne us ke sar ki jaanib se 3 lap mitthi daali { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No. 1271}.

Qabro ko ek baalishth se zyaada bulandh na kiya jaaye:
Hadith: Hz. Jabir(ra) se marvi hai ke Nabi (saw) ki qabar zameen se ek baalishth baraabar oonchi banaayi gayi { Bahiqi 410/3}.

Tadfeen ke baadh mayyath ke liye isteghfaar aur saabith khadmi ki dua karni chahiye:

Hadith: jab Nabi (saw) mayyath ki tadfeen se faarigh hote to us par teherte aur farmaate, apne bhai ke liye baqshish talab karo aur us ke liye saabith khadmi maango, yaqinan us se ab sawaal kiya ja raha hai { Sahih abu dawood Hadees No.2758}.

 

Qabar par patther ya us ki misl koyi nishaani rakhi ja sakti hai:

Hadith: Jab Hz.Osmanbin Mazoon(ra) ka inteqal hoa aur tadfeen ki gayi tab Nabi(saw) ne ek patthar uthaya aurHz.Osman (ra) ke sar ke jaanib rakh diya aur farmaya ke mai is ke zariye apne bhai ki qabar ko pehchanoga aur apne ghar waalo mein se fauth hone waalo ko is ke qareeb dafan karonga { Sahih abi dawood Hadees No. 2745}.

 

3 waqt par tadfeen mamno hai:

jab aftaab tulo ho raha ho
Jab suraj nisf asmaan par ho
Jis waqt suraj ghurob hona shuro
{Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 831}.
Raath mein tadfeen:

Hadith: Nabi (saw) ne farmaya ke apne marne waalo ko raath mein dafan na karo illa ye ke tum us ke liye majboor kar diye jaao { Sahih ibn maja Hadees No.1235}.

 

Insaan ke kate hoye jism ke hisse:

Agar kisi wajeh se jism ka koi hissa kat gaya ho to ose kapde mein lapet kar qabrastaan mein ya kisi paak jagah mein dafan kar diya jaaye { Saudi majlis ifta}.

 

Mayyith ke saath kya na kiya jaaye:?

Janaaze ke upar Qur’aan ayaath waali chaadar nahi daalna chahaiye
Qabro par paani chidakna kisi sahih hadith se saabith nahi hai
Janaaze ko gaadi mein rakh kar nahi le jaana chahiye, is se khanda dene ka amal zaaya ho jaata hai
marne waale shaqs ke qareeb baith kar sureh yaseen ki tilaawath karne waali koi bhi ahaadith sahih nahi hai
marne waale ke qareeb Qur’aan rakhne ka amal bhi saabith nahi hai
marne waale ka chehra qible ki taraf karna bhi saabith nahi hai
ye aqeeda gahlath hai ke mayyith ki ruh us jagah ghumti hai jis jagah un ka inteqaal hai
ye aqeeda ghalath hai ke jo juma ke din ya raath inteqaal kare ose sirf ek ghadi azaab hoga
ye baath saabith nahi ke ghusul tak mayyith ke paas Qur’aan ki tilaawath ki jaaye
ye baath bhi saabith nahi ke tadfeen hone tak mayyith ke ghar waale khana na khaaye
ye baath bhi saabith nahi ke mayyith ki pusht, halaq aur naak mein royi rakhna
mayyith keg ham mein daadhi bada lena bhi saabith nahi, sunnath samajh kar daadi badana ajr hai
agar mayyith biwi ho to shuhar ke liye ose ghayr mehram qaraar dena bhi ghalath aqeeda hai
gham ki wajeh se gosht khanachohd dena bhi saabith nahi
ghusul dete waqt nayi tarah ke azkaar padna bhi durust nahi
kafan par koi dua likhna bhi saabith nahi
kafan ko zam zam ke paani mein bhiga kar rakh lena bhi durusth nahi hai
janaza ko nishaan waale chaadar aur phulo ke zariye sajana
ye aqeeda ghalath hai ke mayyith nek hai to janaza halka hota hai aur janaza gunehgaar hai to janaza wazan hota hai .
janaze ke saath oonchi awaaz mein azkaar padna
salatul janaza ke baadh ijtemaayi dua saabith nahi
qabar ko qoob ooncha banan aur us par phool chadana saabith nahi
mayyith ko masjid mein dafan karna saqt mana hai
ziyaarath, chelum, daswa, barsi ye saari rasumaath sunnath se saabith nahi aur bid’aath hai.
Mafhum-e-Hadith: 100 musalman kisi mayyat ke liye namaz padhe aur uski magfirat ki dua kare to wo qubul hogi
Aisha Radi allahu anha se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jis mayyat par musalman namaz padhe aur unki tadad 100 tak pahuch jaye aur phir wo uske haq mein (magfirat ki) sifarish kare to unki sifarish qubul hogi {Sunan Nasaii, Vol 1,1995-Sahih}

Abdullah bin Abbas Radhi Allahu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jis musalman ke janaze mein chalis (40) aadmi aise ho jinhone Allah subhanahu ke saath kisi ko sharik nahi kiya ho to Allah subhanahu us ( janazae ) ke haq mein unki shafa’at qubul karta hai {Sahih Muslim, Vol 2, 2199.}
Maiyyat ko isale sawab sirf 3 cheezo se milta hai uske elawa kisi aur se nahee:

Hazrat Abu Huraira R.A Se Rivayat Hai Allah Ke Rasool sallallahu alayhi wasallam NE Irshad Farmaya; Marne ke bad insan ke amalo ka mamla khatm ho jata hai, lekin 3 cheezo ka sawab mayyat ko pahuchta rahta hai,
1. Sadaka E Jariya {Logaun ke liye faydamand cheez chore mare jaise Paani ka kuwwan khudwana, pedh lagana etc etc.}.
2. Logo ko fayeda dene wala ilm{ Nafa dene wala ilm chore mare jaise kisi ko quran ki tajweed sikhaya ya koi hunar sikha diya.}
3. nek aulad jo mayyat ke liye dua kare {yaani Nek aur saleh aulad chore mare jo uske liye dua karti ho.} Ref: {Sahih Muslim : 1631} & Ibn E Maja Vol. 1, Book 1, Hadith 241.

Iske alawa maiyyat ke naam se sadka karna, rozey (fast) baqi ho to rakhna,hajj ya umrah ka irada tha to karna.
Aur mazeed nek aulad ke sarey achche amal uske maa baap ko pahuchte rahte hai. Aur fouthshuda ke liye unki magfirat ki duaa kare. Jaise Ae Allah falah ki magfirat farma. Falah ko azab se bacha falah ko jannaat me jagah ataa farmaa. iske Alawa har kaam biddat hai jiska saboot quran & sahee Hadees /sunnah me nahee milta, jaise ke kuch log Marne ke baad 10 Wa , 40 Wa yaa ek saal ke baad barsi karna, aur kuch banakar khane per ya kisi bhi cheez per fateha dena, qabristaan jakar phool chadana, wager wagera. ye sab kaam sawab nahee hai balki ye biddat hai.
