quran ki qasam todne ka kaffara

Koi bhi cheez ki ahmiyat uski sachchai aur uski haqqaniat ko batane ke liye Qasam khayi jati hai. Yaani samne wala ye sochey ki Qasam khakar keh rahe hain to ye baat sach hogi !

Qasam dil me sochne se nahee hoti, balki Alal Ailan hogi , Zuban se alfaz kahe jane par hoti hai ya kamsekam khud ke kano tak sunayee de jab wo qasam mani jayegi.

Abb rahi baat Qasam kis ki khayi jaye ?
log Qasam maa baap ki khate hain, apne mehboob ki khate hain, , Meri , Teri Falah ki qasam khayi jati hain.
kya ye aisi Kasame sahi hai?
nahi! ye bilkul sahi nahi haram hai.
balki ye Qasm shirk tak lejati hai hame, kyun ke hame sirf aur sirf Allah ki Qasam khane ki ijazat hai wo bhi sachi Qasam aur zaroorat par. {Sahi Bukhari & Sahi Muslim}

Nabi  ne farmaya Jisne bhi Allah ke Elawa kisi aur ki Qasam Khayi usne Shirk Kiya (yeh Shirk , Shirk E asgar hai (Tirmidhi & Nasai)..

Aur Allah jiski chahe Qasam uski Utha Sakte hain!!

Quran me bhi kayi maqamat par Allah ne apni maqlooq ki Qasam Uthayee hai {yaad Farmayee hai}
jaise Sure ASR me Allah tala ne “Zamane ki Qasam Uthayee hai” {yaad Farmayee hai} (yaani Zamana paida karne wale ki qasam.)

Aur Surah Nisa Ayaat-65 “ Ae Rasool qasam hai tere parvardigaar ki!

aur kayi hadeeson se hame ye bhi pata chalta hai ki Allah ke Rasul sallellahu Alayhi wa sallam ne Allah ki Qasam khayi hain. {Sahi Bukhari & Sahi Muslim}

Hz abu hurairah ra se riwayat hai ke rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne farmaya:-” jisne kisi baat par ‘ QASAM’ khaayi, phir usse bahtar kuch dekha toh (qasam todh kar) apni ‘ QASAM ‘ ka kaffara ada kare aur jo bahtar ho, use kare”
(Sahi muslim kitabul imaan)

insaan apni baat ko saabit karne ke liye amuman us par qasam khaata hai aur apne mukhaatib ko raazi (agree) karne ke liye halfiya bolta hai,

isliye allah ki qasm khaakar insaan apni baat mauqad karne aur apne mukhaatib ko raazi karne ke liye apni baat pesh kar sakta hai,

lekin agar wah baad me kuch usse bahtar dekhta hai toh apni qasam ko todh kar uska kaffara(penalty) ada karega, aur baad waale par amal karega, isme koi harz nahi hai,

jaisa ke khud rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne farmaya hai:-” main bila shubah, allah ki qasam, inshaallah kisi kaam par Halaf nahi uthaunga, phir main usse zyada bahtar soorat dekhunga to main zaroor apni qasam ka kaffara ada karunga aur wah kaam akhtiyaar karunga jo bahtar hai”
(Sahi Bukhari, Sahi Muslim)

mazkoorah hadith par bahes karte hue Muhaddisin farmate hai ke:-” qasam ke puraa na karne aur muqassam alaih ke karne me khair dekhe to insaan yahi nahi sochta rahe ke
“maine qasam kha rakhi hai, ab fayeda ho ya nuksaan main toh wah kaam karne par majboor hoon”…. Shariat ne aise mauqon par qasam todh dene aur uska kaffara ada karne ka huqm diya hai, kyonke nuksaan (deeni ho ya dunyawi) ke muqaable me kaffara qasam ada karna aasaan hai”
(daleel ul taalibeen jild 2 pg 438)

us hadith se samjh me aata hai ke islam ne is tarah ke mushkil mauqa aur nishaaniyon me sahooliyat aur aasaani ki kaisi sabeel paida ki hai, taake uske maanne waale apne deeni aur dunyawi umoor ko bakhoobi anjaam den,

to kisi haq baat ke sath usko zor dene ke liye Qasam khayi ja sakti hai par har choti baat ke liye ya mazakh mazakh me Qasam khana sahi nahi.
agar koi jhooti Qasam khata hai to usko uska kaffara dena padega aur sath me tauba bhi ye kaffara hai us galti ka. is silsile me allah taala ka farman hai:

لاَ يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِيأَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا عَقَّدتُّمُ الأَيْمَانَ فَكَفَّارَتُهُإِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْكِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ فَمَن لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاَثَةِأَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةُ أَيْمَانِكُمْ إِذَا حَلَفْتُمْ وَاحْفَظُواْأَيْمَانَكُمْ كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

Tarjuma:
“Allah ta’ala tumhaari qasmo mein lagho qasam par tum se mu-aaqeza(muwakhiza)13 nahi farmaata, lekin mu-aaqeza us par farmaata hai, ke tum jin qasmo ko mazbooth kardo, us ka kaffaara das muhtaajo ko khaana dena hai, ausad darje ka jo apne ghar waalo ko khilaate ho ya un ko kapda dena ya ek ghulaam ya laundi ko azaad karna hai, aur jis ko maqdoor(maiyyasar)14 na ho to teen din ke roze hai, ye tumhaari qasmo ka kaffaara hai, jab ke tum qasam khaalo aur apni qasmo ka qayaal rakho! isi tarah Allah ta’ala tumhaare waaste apne ehkaam bayaan farmaata hai, ta ke tum shukr karo. {Surah Maida Ayaat-89}

Is ayat se pata chalta hai ki agar kasam ka kaffara ada karna hai to use 3 chizo ki choice hai:

 

Das(10) miskeen(gareeb) ko ausatan us jaisa khana khilana jo ham apne bacho ko khilate hai. Un 10 logo ko agar jama kar ke lunch ya dinner ke liye bulaya jaye to kaafi hoga.
Un das logo ko kapde dena. Kapde aese hone chaiye ki ek shaks aaram ke sath usme namaz padh ke ya padhne ja sake. Agar aurat ko dena ho to aese kapde hone chaiye jo us k badan ko poshida rakh sake aur head cover bhi dena chaiye. Mard ke liye upar aur niche dono ka kapda dena chaiye (Upper and lower garment).
Ek Gulaam ko aazad karna.
Jo in 3 chizo ko na kar sake itna tangdast ho, Gareeb ho istetaat naa ho, tabb aisa insan  ko 3 din ke roze rakhne hai.

Aksar ulema is baat se mutaffik hai ki kaffara ki adaegi paiso (cash) me nai ho sakti.

Ibn Qudaamah r.h. farmate hai: “Ye kafi nahi hai ki khane ya kapde ki keemat ki keemat ada ki jaye kyuki Allah ne khane ka zikr kiya hai isliye kaffara kisi aur zariye se ada nahi ho sakta kyuki Allah ne hame teen chizo ki choice di hai aur agar keemat ada karne ki ijazat hoti to sirf teen chiz tak choice mahdud na rahti”.
Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudaamah, 11/256 .

 

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen farmate hai:

“Agar kisi shaks ko azaad karne ke liye gulam na mile, ya kapde dene ke liye, ya khana khilane ke liye, toh use teen din lagataar roze rahne padenge bina koi darmiyan me waqf ke sath”.
Fataawa Manaar al-Islam, 3/667 .

Qasam ke mane aur qism ki bhi wazahat kardete hain;

Qasam jisko Arabic me Halfun ya Yameenun kehte hain jin ki jama Ahlafun aur Iamaan hai!

Iski teen qism hain 1. Lagvun 2. Gamoosun 3. Muaqqadatun

Lagvun : wo Qasm hai jo insaan baat baat me aadatan bagair kisi irade aur niyyat ke khata rehta hai ispar koi muwakhiza(kaffara/Gunah) nahi. Jiski daleel surah maida ayaat 89 ke shuru me hai “Allah ta’ala tumhaari qasmo mein lagho qasam par tum se mu-aaqeza(muwakhiza) nahi farmaata.
ye ek tarah ka takiya kalam hai jo Arab ke logo me mashoor tha hain;
{ Jaise Arab ke log aksar aadatan har baat me kahte hai “WALLAH” } Aadatan aksar ye cheez arab me payi jati hai jo hamne khud yahan dekha hai isme unka koi iradah nahi hota bas aise hi keh dete hain.Agar haan koi kahe ki wallah my yeh karunga falah kaam karunga  tab bhi yeh takiya kalam hi hoga. lekin agar samne  wala use sunke talab karke kahe ki Wallah tujhe yeh kaam karna hai iski qasam utha aur wo kahega haa my qasam khata hu tabb yeh qasam tasswwur ki jayegi. warna nahee jaise upar zikr huwa hai takiya kalam hai aadatan kahna .
Gamoosun : wo jhooti Qasm hai jo insaan dhoke aur fareb dene k liye khaye, ye kabeerah gunah hai balki akbar ul kabair hai, lekin is par kaffara nahi.
Muaqqadatun : wo Qasm hai jo insaan apni baat me takeed aur pokhtagi ke liye iradatan aur niyyatan khaye, aisi Qasm agar todega to iska kaffarah hai.
To abhi yahan baat aur bhi wazhe hogayi hai ke Qasam ki ahmiyat aur isko todhne ka kaffara aur jhooti Qasam ka kabeerah gunah hai,
Note: Yaha yeh bhi baat yaad rakhe ki qasam mustaqbil ke bare me tasswwur hogi maazi ke bare me nahe Mazi se muraad Past. { jaise ke falah  bande ne koi kaam kiya tha usse koi puchega uss kaam ke talluq se agar wo jhooti kasam khake kahe ki maine falah kaam nahee kiyaa to ye qasam tassawwur nahee ki jayegi balki yeh jhoot tassawwur kiya jayega aur  yeh ek bahoot bada gunah hai aur yeh ek dhoka/ fraud hai iski maafi mangni chahiye Allah se sachi taubah aur maazi ka kaffara koi nahee)

aur ek baat yeh bhi bata du. aksar log quran par hath rakhkar kahne ko kahte hai yeh najayz to nahee hai agar kisi ko bharosa dilana ho kisi baat par aur kisi ko bharosa quran par hath rakhkar kahne par hi ayega to aise me wo quran par hath rakhkar sach batakar samne walo ka ishkaal galatfiami door kar sakta hai lekin jhoot kahna jayaz nahee.

Umeed karte hain ki Qasam aur kaffara kya hai tafseel se apko samajh me agaya hoga

Allah hame deen ki sahi samajh aata farmaye Aameen.
