Hajj aur Umrah ke Masail

1-Haj ke maani:
Haj ke lafzi maani hai iraada karna Haj ke istelaahi maani hai makhsoos afaal ki adyegi ke liye masjid haram ki taraf (safar) ka irada karna Haj keh lata hai.

2-Umrah ke maani:
Umrah ke lafzi maani hai irada karna ya ziyarath karna Umrah ke istelaahi maani hai miqaath se ehraam baandh kar tawaaf baitullah aur safa marwa ki sayi karna aur baal mundwana ya katarwana umrah hai.

App s.a.w ne umrah apni zindegi me 4 marta ada farmaya hai aur hajj sirf 1 martaba jo apka pahle bhi taha aur  akhri bhi uska naam hajjatul wida hai. Is talluq se (aboo dawoo aur musnad ahmad ne riwayat nakal ki hai).

 

“Umrah gunaaho ka kaffaara hai aur haj mabroor ka badhla Jannat hai.”

Nabi S.A.W ne farmaya hai ye mutafukane hadees hai jo bukhair aur muslim me moujud hai  ki pahla umrah dusre umrah tak ke tamam chote gunaho ka kaffara hai.

Lekin hum ye umrah kaise kare Allah ke nabi S.A.w ne kaise kiya thah.?

Umrah Ka Sahee Tariqa:

“Umrah me 4 Kaam karna hai. Farz/ Wajeeb hai.

Ehraam ke sath niyaat aur labbaik kahna .
(Mard ke liye Ehraam ki do chadar hai . aur wo sili huyi na ho, Aur aurto ka Ehraam unka aam libaas paak aur shari libaas hi hai.sath me burqa bhi pahan le. Aurte apne burqe se apne jism ko puri tarah dhank le yaha tak ki kaan bhi chip jaye. lekin aurtein apne hath ke hatheliyo aur chehre ko na dhake matlab cover na kare balki umrah me sirf ye do cheez chehra aur hath ki hatheli khuli rakhe(Sahi Bukhari Hadees No. 1838).
Aaaj ummah me ek zaeef hadith jo abu dawood me hai use batakar kaha jata hai ke Agar koi na mahram samne ajaye to chehra aur hath ko  chuple yeh hadees mohaddissin per sakht zaeef hai. .
Makkah ka Tawaaf karna.
Safa aur Marwah ke darmiyaan saee karna .
Sar Mundwana ya pure sar ke baal barabar katna. (Aurat ke liye baal ungli ke Ek pore kate).
In 4 Kaamo me se kisi ek ko  janmujh kar chod dene per Damm Lazeem hoga matlab apko ek qurbani deni padegi.

khaas khayal rakhe tamam arkaan aur sunnato ke saath Umrah ko muqammal karne ke liye. Agar Sunnat aur nafl kaam choot jaye to koi  harj nahi . lekin har ibadat farz, wajeeb , sunnat, anfl ka khaas khayal zaroor rakhe.

Ehraam Bandhne se pahle in kaamo ko karna afzal hai . Badan ki Safai karna ,Zere Naaf aur Bagal yaani(under Arms) ke baal katna, Nakhoon katna ya inhe chote karna, ghusul karna , aur Badan per khushu lagana sunnat hai.

Yaad rakhe in kaamo ko Ehraam bandhne se pahle karna hai . ye sare kaam ehraam ki halat me jayaz nahi.

In baton ka khaas khayal rakhe: Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim baal naa kate agar khudba khud jhad jaye to koi harj nahi, Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim Nakhoon na kate agar khud ba khud jhad jaye to koi harj nahi, Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim Khushboo na lagaye agar ehraam bandhne se pahle lagayi huyi khushboo ki mahak aye  to koi harj nahi, Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim apne sar ko naa dhake agar chatri,bus ki chat, bag,sutcase se sar chip jaye to koi harj nahi, Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim koi bhi darkhat ya jhaad ke patte na tode nahi haram ke hudood me, aur nahi koi parinda ko mare aur nahi kisi ka shikar kareEhraam ki halat me mohrrim apni biwi wife se shahwat aur humbistri na kare , aur Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim kisi ko rishte ka paigham na bheje. aur Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim kisi cheez ko hath na lagaye chahe wo niche gira huwa kyu na ho jaise pars wallet/ya koi bhi saman ko hath na lagaye aur nahi use uthaye. Agar niyyat un cheezo ko announcement ke zariye batani hai pahuchnai hai to phir koi harj nahi. Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim ko chote ya zakhm lag jaye to koi harj nahi.

Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim ke liye ye cheeze jayaz hai inhe used kar sakte hai: jaise Belt, Ghadi, Mobile Phone, Wallet, Agar zarurat ho ghusul ki to Ehraam ki halat me mohrrim ghusul kar sakte hai. Agar zarurat ho ya Ehraam ki chadare maili ho jaye to use badal bhi sakte hai.

Niyyat Dil Ke iraade kaa naam hai. Allah ke nabi S.A.W ne Hajj aur umrah ki niyyat zabaan Awaaz se ki hai. In do maqamat ko chodkar baqi kahi aur niyyat zabaan awaaz se karna biddat hai. Jaise taqreeban log namaz me niyyat karte hai my do rakat ya 4rakaat namaz padhta hu muh mera kaba sharif ke taraf etc,. etc,. ye biddat hai. Niyyat Dil ke irade ka naam hai niyyat dil me ki jati hai muh se awaaz se nahi . kyuki ye islam me sabit nahi hai. Aur Deen me niyyat  Muh se aur Awaaz ke sath sirf Hajj Aur Umrah ke liye jayaz hai.

 

Umrah ke safar me ihram bandhne se pahele Tasbeeh, Tahleel, aur Takbeer ya koi aur adhkar Padhna Mustahab hai .
Tasbeeh: SubhanAllah,
Tahleel: Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah
Takbeer: Allahu Akbar.{Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.1548}
yeh sirf aur sirf Meeqat Pahuchkar Ihram bandhne se pahele padhna hai, Ihram bandhne ke baad nahee, Ihram bandhne se muraad hai Umrah ki niyyat karna.

 

Umrah (Tawafful Kuddum):

Miqaat Pahuch kar Ehraam Bandhle Ehraam Ghar Se bhi bandha ja sakta hai . lekin Niyyat Duwa aurTalabiya Miqaat pahuch kar karna  hai. Agar aap Ehraam Ghar se bandhkar kar plain ka safar kar rahe hai to . Miqaat ane se pahle apko bata diya jayega announcement ke zariye . tab aap niyyat aur talbiya pukarna shur karde.

Ehraam bandhne ke baad  ki koi khaas namaz nahi hai jaise aaj logo ne bana rakhi hai. Agar waqt ho to dakhile masjid ki 2rakat nafl padhle tab jab aap masjid me dakhal ho aur us waqt farz namaz ka waqt na ho ya farz namaz ki jamat naa khadi ho to.

Aur safar me in namazo ko kasr karna sunnat hai ( Duhar, Asar aur isha) kasr ka matlab hai ki safar me 4 rakat wali namaz ko do rakat me padha jaye aur ye sunnat hai.

Miqaat per Ehram bandhne ke baad Umrah ki niyyat Duwa: aise kare .

“Labbaik Allah’humma Bee Umrah” (A Allah My hazir hu umrah ke sath).

Ab apka kafila miqaat se hokar  haram ki taraf badega . Abb Awaaz Se talabiya padhe aur aurtein Ahista se padhe. Auraat ke liye jayaz nahi ki Aurat ki Awaz na mahram ke kano tak pahuch jaye. Isiliye Aurtein Ahista se talbiya kahe.

Talbiya: “  Labbaik Allah’humma labbiak, Laa sharika’Lak labbaik, innal hamda wan’nemataa laka’wal mulk  laa sharik’ lak.( A Allah my hazir hu apka koi sharik nahi hai. My hazir hu, beshak tamam tarife aur tamam  nemaate apke liye hai. Aur hukumat saltanat apki hai. Apka koi sharik nahi.) {Sahi Bukhari Hadees No.5571 & Sahi Muslim Hadees No. 1184}.

Talabiya ko pukarna , Ehraam aur Niyyat bandhne se shuru kare aur khatam tawaf shuru karne se pahle . tawaf shuru karne se pahle talabiya kahna band karde.

Aur waise hi Masjid E Haram me dakhi ho jaise dusre masjido me sunnat tariqe se dakhil hote hai.

Masjide Haram me sidhe pair se dakhil hokar ye duwa padhe: Auzubillahi Min’nashaitaan nir razzim Bismillah hir Rahman nir raheem“ Allah’humma salli’ala mohammadiv Wa Sallim, Allah’humma fa’tahli Abwab Rahmtik. (A Allah rahmat nazil farma mohammed Sallelaho Alayhi Wa sallam per! Aur A Allah mere liye rahmat ke darwaze khol de”)

Tawaaf shuru karne se pahle  mard apna dahina yaani sidha kandha khula rakh de matlab dahine Right kandhe ki chadar ka pallu ko niche bagal underArms se lekar left hand per rakhe. Aur kaba ke taraf rukh karke hazr E Aswad ke samne khade hokar. Dil me Tawaf ki niyyat kare. (A Allah my apki raza ke liye tawaf ki niyyat karta hu isko mere liye asan farma ). Tawaf ke 7chakkar hai. Tawaf ke chakkar shuru karne se pahle hazr E Aswad ku chuye lekin ye amal abhi sabhi ke liye mushkil kyuki zyada bheed ki wajah se tamam ko bhi taqleef hoti to lehaza kisi ko taqleef na de bas hazre aswad ki taraf dahini sidhe haath ki hatheli uthake ke kahe  Allah hu Akber kahe. Yaad rahe hath chumna biddat hai aisa na kare sirf hath ko hazre aswad ki taraf uthaye. Mard pahle 3chakkar me ramal kare . ramal ahiste ahiste doudne ya chalne ko kahte hai. Khayal rahe ramal karne se kisi ko taqleef na pahuche. Aur yaad rakhe tawaf ke douran namaz ka waqt ho jaye to apne sidhe kandhe ko dhank le cover karle kyuki namaz ka satar Dhaka zaruri hai phir namaz hone ke baad apne kandhe ko khol  le tab tak jabtak tawaf ke sath chakkar khatam na ho jaye. Aur tawaf ke douran namaz ka waqt ho jaye to namaz wahi padhle jaha apka tawaf chal raha hai aur namaz hone ke baad jaha aap ruke theh wahi se waapas shuru karle. aur aaj kal logo ne har ek chakkar per nayee nayee duwaye bana li hai jiska sabot sunnat se sabit nahi hai aur wo amal biddat hoga. . sirf ek duwa sunnat se sabit hai  Aur wo rukne yamani se hazre aswad ke darmiya hai. Aur is duwa  ko padhe. “ rabbana atina fidduniya hasna wa fil akhirati hasna waqina azab’annar” Tarjuma:(A Hamare rabb hame duniya me khoobi de. Aur akhirat me khoobi de. Aur dozakh ke azab se bacha.){Abu Dawood Hadees No.1892}  baqi  maqamat per koi bhi duwa kare allah se fariyaad kare jo hamne  gunahe ki hai uski muaafi mange.

Rukne yamani aur hajre Aswad ke alawa kahi aur maqam ko sunnat ya neki samajh kar chuna ye biddat hai. Rukne yamani ko bosa dena dururst nahi hai aur aur agar haath na pahuch rahe hai rukne yamani tak to haath uthana bhi durust nahi jaise hazre aswad pe uthate hai. Hazre aswad ko chuna bosa dena jayaz hai lekin mayyasar na ho bheed zyada ho to bus hath utha kar allah hu akber kahe.

Tawaf ke 7chakkar muqammal hone ke baad mard apna siddha kandha dhaak le cover karle. Phir makame Ibrahim ya kahi bhi haram me do rakat namaz nafl ada kare. Pahli rakat me surah fateha ke baad surah kafiroon aur dusri rakat me “qulhu allah hu ahad” ka surah padhe. Agar ye surahe nahi aye to koi bhi surah pad sakte hai. Phir zam zam pani pikar duwa kare. Aur zam zam ke pani ko sar per dala ja sakta hai aur badan per bhi laga sakte hai. Isme koi harj nahi. Abb

Sayee: safa marwah ke 7 chakkar lagane ko sayee kahte  hai. Shuru safa se kare aur sayee ek chakkar ki masafat adha kilometer hai aur total 7chakkar ke sade teen kilometer hote hai.

Safa aur marwah per har waqt kabe ki taraf muh karke ye duwa padhe: Allah hu Akber Allah hu Akber , Allah Hu Akbar, Allah hu Akber La’ilaha illalhu wahadahu la sharika lahu’lahul mulku walhul hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu wahuwa ala kulli shaeen kadeer. La’ilaha illalhu wahadahu la sharika lahu anjazah waadahu wa na sara abdahu  wa hajhmal  ahazaba wahadahu. Ise 3 martaba padhna hai aur sirf pahle aur dusre martaba padhne ke baad duwa kare {Sahi Muslim Hadees 1218}. Safa se marwa ek chakkar aur marwa se safa dusra chakkar us tarike se saath chakkar lagane hai . aur marwa per chakkar khatam hoga. Sayee ke 7chkkar safa se shuru hokar marwa per khatam hogi. Sayee karte waqt jab hari batti ke pass jayeto to mard hazrat doude bhage. Aur aurtein na doude aur ye duwa kare. Aas Safa se lekar al marwa aur al marwa se lekar as safa ke darmiya yeh duwa panda jayaz hai.

“ Rabbig Fir’Waraham inna’ka Antal A’azzul Akram. (A mere Rab meri magfirat farma aur muzper rahma kar  tu sabse zyada azmat wala aur karam karne wala hai.

Sayee ke 7 chakkar muqammal hone ke baad. Masjid e haram se nikalte waqt ye duwa padhe jaise har masjid se nikalte waqt padhte hai. Allahumma salli ala mohammadiv wa sallim allahhumma inni as aluka min fajhlik.

Phir mard hazrat pure sar ke baal mundwaye ya kam se kam pure sar ke baal har jagah se barabar kate aur aurte sare sar ke baal ungli ke ek pore ki lambai se kuch zyada kate ab apka umrah muqammal hoga gaya. aur  ehraam khul gaya aur tamam pabandiya khatam ho gayi. Ab aap aam dino me jaise halal kaam kiya karte the abb aap per wo tamam cheese halal hai. Allahmdulillah.*******

 

3-Haj ki mukhtasar tareef:
Baitullah ki tameer sab se pehle Allah ta’ala ke hukm se farishto ke haatho amal mein aayi. Phir jab Nuh (as) ke zamaane mein tofaan aya to baitullah ke asaar bhi mit gaye. Tofaan Nuh ke baadh Allah ta’ala ke hukm se sab se pehle Ibraheem (as) aur Ismail (as) be Baitulah ki tameer ki. Jab duno ne tameer shuro ki to Allah ta’ala se dua karte jaate jis ke baare mein Qur’aan majeed mein Allah ta’ala ne farmaya sureh baqara ayath 127 mein aye hamare parvardigaar hamari is khidmath ko qubool farma, yaqinan tu sunne waala jaanne waala hai Jab tameer mukammil ho gayi to Allah ta’ala ne Ibraheem (as) ko hukm diya ke logo ko haj ke liye daawath do jis ke baare mein Allah ta’ala ne Qur’aan mein farmaya sureh haj ayath 27 mein: logo mein Haj ka elaan kar do, log tere paas pyaade bhi ayenge aur doble pathle onto par bhi door daraaz ki tamaam raaho se ayenge. Phir isi tarah hoa aur us waqt se jo silsila shuro hoa to aaj bhi jaari hai aur InshaAllah qiyamath tak ye silsila jaari rahega.

4-Nabi ﷺ par Haj kab fardh hoa:
Jamoor ulema ki ye raaye hai ke Haj 9 hijri mein fardh hoa jis ke baadh Nabi ﷺ ne Hz. Abubakr Siddiq (RA) Makkah ravana kiya ta ke logo ko Haj ke manasik bata diye jaaye, unhone Haj ke dauraan hee elaan karvaya ke aaj ke baadh na koi mushrik ko Haj ki ijazath hai aur na hee koi nanga ho kar tawaaf kare. Phir ayinda saal yaani 10 hijri mein Nabi ﷺ Haj ke liye Makkah tashreef laaye jise Hajjatul Wida kaha jaata hai.

5-Umrah gunaaho ka kaffaara hai aur haj mabroor ka badhla Jannat hai..
Hadith bukhari 1773: Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya ek umrah dosre umrah tak duno ke darmiyaani gunaaho ka kaffaara hai aur haj mabroor (yaani jis mein kisi qism ke gunaah ka irtekaab na ho) ka badhla jannath ke alawa aur koi nahi .

6-Haj karne wala gunaaho se paak ho jaata hai:
Hadith Bukhari 1521: Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya jis ne haj kiya (aur us mein ) na aurto ke qareeb gaya aur na hee koi fasq wa fujoor ka kaam kiya to wo apne gunaaho se (paak saaf ho kar) us din ki tarah lautega jis din us ki maa ne us ko jana.

7-Aurto, baccho aur budho ke liye Haj jihaad hai:
Hadith bukhari 1861: Hz. Aisha (ra) ne Nabi ﷺ se arz kiya ke hum bhi kyo na Aap ke saath jihaad aur ghazwo mein jaya kare? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya tumhaare liye sab se accha aur munasib jihaad Haj hai, aisa Haj jo maqbool ho. Hz. Aisha (ra) bayaan karti hai ke jab se main ne Nabi ﷺ ka ye irshaad suna hai main ne kabi Haj nahi choda hai.

8-Har saaheb isteta’ath par haj fardh hai:
Sureh Aale Imran ayath 97: Allah ta’ala ne un logo par jo us ki taraf raaste (yaani akhrajaat waghayra) ki taaqath rakhte ho, us ghar (yaani Baitullah) ka haj fardh kiya hai.

9-Haj zindag mein sirf ek martaba fardh hai:
Hadith Sahih Abi Dawood 1514: hz. Ibn Abbas (ra) se marvi marfo rivayath mein hai ke haj ek martaba (fardh) hai, aur jis ne zyaada kiya to wo nafli Haj hai.

Haj ke liye sharaayeth:
1.Mardh ke liye: Islam tasleem karna, baaligh hone, aqal mandh hona, azaad hona (yaani ghulaami mein na hona), isteta’ath hona.
2. Aurto ke liye: Islam tasleem karna, baaligh hone, aqal mandh hona, azaad hona(yaani ghulaami na hona), isteta’ath hona, mahram ka saath hona aur iddath mein na hona.

1-Haj ke 5 arkaan hai:
1. Niyyath
2. Waqoof Arfaah
3. Muzdalifa mein shab guzaarna
4. Tawaaf Ziyarath
5. Sayi (safa marwa ki) agar in mein se koyi arkaan chot jaaye to ayinda saal dubara haj karna hoga bashart ye ke isteta’ath ho (in arkaan ki tafsilaath aage di jayegi).

2-Hajj ke faraayez mein 5 baate hai:
1. miqaath se ehraam baandhna
2. jamro ko kankriya maarna
3. sar ke baal mundwaana ya katarwana
4. ayyaam tashreeq ki rate mina mein guzaarna
5. tawaaf wida karna agar in mein se koi waajib chot jaaye to fidye mein ek jaanwar qurbaan karna hoga agar jaanwar qurbaan karne ki taaqath na ho to 10 roze rakhne honge jis mein se 3 ayyaam haj ke dauraan aur 7 ghar pahonch kar.

3-Aurath ka Hajj:
1.Mardh ki tarah tamaam sharaayeth aurath ko bhi hai lekin 2 sharaayeth mazeedh hai, jis mein ek mahram ka saath hona aur dosra aurath iddath mein na ho (yaani talaaq ke baadh waali iddath)
2.Haj ko aurath ki jihaad qaraar diya gaya hai.
3.Aurath haj ke safar ke aghaaz ke waqt agar haalat hayz se ho to ghusul kar ke ehraam baandh le.
4.Dauraane hayz tawaaf ke alawa baakhi tamaam haj ke manasik ada kar sakti hai.
5.Aurte bhi mard ke saath tawaaf kar sakti hai.
6.Aurath ke liye tawaaf ke pehle 3 chakkar mein ramal (yaani thoda tez chalna) mashro nahi.
7.Safa marwa ki sayi ke dauraan bhi aurath ke liye bhaagna zaruri nahi hai.
8.Aurath ke liye sar ke baal mundvana jaayez nahi, kuch baal katarvana chahiye (ek por jitna)
9.Hayz se paak hone ke baadh aurath tawaaf ziyarath karne ke liye masjid Aisha ja kar ehraam baandhe aur phir tawaaf kar le chaahe wo ayaam tashreeq ke baadh hee ho.
10.Hayz ki haalat mein aurath par tawaaf widayi ki rukhsath hai jab ke us ne 10 zil haj ko tawaaf ziyarath kar liya ho.
11.Agar hayz se paak hone se pehle mulk ko jaane ke waqt aa jaaye to phir tawaaf ziyarath na karne ki surath mein aurtah ko rukna hoga aur tawaaf ziyaraf ke baadh hee mulk jana hoga.

4-Kisi dosre ki taraf se Haj karne ka hukm:
Zinda ki taraf se haj karna: hadith bukhari 1513: ek aurath ne Nabi ﷺ se arz kiya ke Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ beshak Allah ki jaanib se us ke bandho par aayedh fariza haj ne mere waalid ko pa liya hai, aur wo bahuth budhe hai, sawari par sawaar hone ki taaqath nahi rakhte, kya main un ki taraf se haj karo? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya haan. Ye hajjatul wida ke mauqe par kaha gaya. Mayyith ki taraf se haj karna: hadith bukhari 1852: ek aurath Nabi ﷺ ke paas aayi aur us ne arz kiya ke meri waleda ne nazar maani thi ke wo haj karegi lekin wo haj karne se pehle hee fauth ho gayi, kya mein us ki taraf se haj karo? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya haan us ki taraf se haj kar. Aap ﷺ ne pucha mujhe bata agar teri maa par qardh hota to kya to ose ada karti? Allah ka qarz ada kar. (kyo ke) Allah ka qarz sab se zyaada haq rakhta hai ke ose ada kiya jaaye Mardh aurath ki taraf se haj kar sakta hai aur aurath mardh ki taraf se haj kar sakti hai, duno surate jaayez hai. Kisi dosre ki taraf se haj karne ke liye shart ye hai ke wo pehle apni taraf fardh haj ada kiya hoa ho (Sahih abi dawood hadith 1589).
Kisi dosre ki taraf se umrah bhi kiya ja sakta hai (abi dawood 1810).

5-Qarzdaar ka Haj:
Fatwa Saudi majlis ifta – Shaik bin Baaz (Ra): agar aap ke paas haj ke aqrajaat aur qarz ki adayegi duno ki taaqath hai to aap par haj waajib hai, aur agar aap ke paas duno ki taaqath nahi to aap par haj waajib nahi hai.

6-Hajj ke Eqsaam: Haj ke 3 eqsaam hai
1. Haj tamattu – yaani fayeda uthana (umrah karne ke baadh ehraam utar dena aur phir haj ka ehraam 8 tareeq ko baandhna)
2. Haj qiraan – yaani milana (umrah aur haj ko milana)
3. Haj ifraad – yaani alkela karna (sirf haj ki niyyath karna)

7-Haj tamattu:
yaani Fayeda uthana Haj tamattu aam taur par log karte hai jo qurbaani ka janwar saath nahi le ja sakte. Haj tamattu mein umrah ka ehraam alag baandha jayega aur umrah mukammil karne ke baadh ehraam ki pabandiyo se azzad ho jaaye.
phir 8 zil haj ko mina jaane se pehle ehraam baandha jayega.

Haj tamattu ka tariqa is tarah hai mardh ke liye bhi aur aurath ke liye bhi.(Haj ke mahine : Shawwal, Zul Qada aur Zul hajj ka pehla ashra)
1.Haj ke mahino mein( jab bhi makkah pahonchne ka irada ho, us se pehle Miqaath pahonch kar ehraam pehen kar ye talbiya kaha jaaye Allahumma labbaik umratan (Aye Allah main umrah ke liye haazir hoon).
2.Ehraam pehen kar haram ki taraf onchi awaaz mein talbiya padte chale.
3.Haram mein daakhil ho kar Baitullah ke 7 challar lagaaye (mardh apne kandhe ko khol kar).
4.Tawaaf shuro karte waqt kahe hajr aswad kitaraf rukh kar ke Bismillahi Wallahu Akbar aur har chakkar par hajr aswad ke paas pahonch kar sirf Allahu akbar kahe.
5.Tawaaf karne ke baadh muqaam Ibraheem ke piche 2 rakath salaah pade.
6.2 rakath salaah ada karne ke baadh safa marwa ki taraf bade aur waha 7 chakkar lagaye 7.Safa marwa ke chakkar mukammal karne ke baadh sar ke baal taraashe aur ehraam khol de, ghusl kar le aur phir saade libaas pehen le aur ehraam ki pabandiya khatam ho gayi, ab miya biwi hum bistari kar sakte hai.
8. 8 zil haj ko dobara ehraam pehen kar ehraam ki pabandiyo mein aa jaaye aur haj ke 5 din ka Mubarak safar shuro kare.

8 Zil Haj ( Pehla Din)
1. 8 zil haj ko Makkah se dubara ehraam baandh kar ye talbiya pade Allahumma labaik hajjan (Aye Allah main Haj ke liye haazir hoon).
2. 8 zil haj ko fajr ki salaah ke baadh mina ke liye ravana ho.
3. 8 zil haj ko mina mein zuhar, asar, maghrib Eisha aur dosre din yaani 9 zil haj ki fajr bhi ada kare.
4. Mina mein Allah ka zikr, hamd aur duao mein aur Qur’an se nasihath haasil karna, hadith se nasihath haasil karne mein apne waqt ko sarf kare.

9 Zil Hajj (Dosra Din)
1. 9 zil haj ko Fajr ki Salaah ada kar ke tulo aftaab ke baadh, Arafah ki taraf rawana ho.
2. Arafah mein Zuhar aur Asr ki Salah jama kare aur khudba sune.
3. Arafah mein maghrib ki salaah ada na kare aur maghrib salaah ada na karne se pehle yaani ghuroob aftaab se pehle Muzdalifa ki taraf rawana ho.
4. Muzdalifa pahonch kar maghrib aur eisha ki salaah jama ki jaaye aur muzdalifa mein raath basar kare.
5. Muzdalifa mein 10 zil haj ki subah fajr ki salaah ada kar ke Mina ki taraf ravana ho.

10 Zil Haj(Tisra Din)
1. 10 Zil haj ko tulo aftaab se pehle hee Mina pahonch jaaye, jaisa Nabi (ﷺ) nikle thein. Mina pahonch kar Jamra Uqba ki taraf chale aur 7 kankriya maare aur har kankri maarte waqt Allahu Akbar kahe.
2.Kanriya maarne ke baadh Qurbaani dena hai.
3.Qurbaani dene ke baadh sar ke baal mundwaaye.
4.us ke baadh ghusl kar ke sada libaas pehne aur phir tawaaf ifadha ke liye masjid haram chale.
5. masjid haram pahonch kar Baitullah ke 7 chakkar lagaye aur tawaaf shuro karte waqt hajr aswad ki taraf rukh kar ke kahe Bismillahi Wallahu Akbar aur har chakkar par hajr aswad ke paas pahonch kar sirf Allahu akbar kahe.
6. aur phir safa marwa ke chakkar lagaye (Haj tamatto karne waalo ke liye safa marwa ki chakkar waajib hai).
7. safa marwa ki chakkar se faarigh hone ke baadh waapas mina chale jaaye aur baakhi din wahi par wayaam kare

1- 11 Zil haj (Chautha Din)

1. Fajr ki Salah ada kar ke zawaal ke baadh Jamra ke paas jaaye aur tino jamra ko kankriya maare aur maarte waqt Allahu Akbar kahe aur phir waapas qaime mein aa jaye ya mina mein kahi bhi qayaam kare

2- 12 Zil Haj (Panchwa Din)

1.1 Fajr ki Salah ada kar ke zawaal ke baadh Jamra ke paas jaaye aur tino jamra ko kankriya maare aur phir waapas qaime mein aa jaye ya mina mein kahi bhi qayaam kare aur phir Zawaal ke baadh ghar waapas ja sakte hai ya ek aur din mina mein qayaam kar sakte hai.
1.2 tareeq ko waapas jaane mein koi gunah nahi aur 13 tak rokne mein koi gunah nahi (sureh baqara ayath 203).
Tarjuma sureh baqara ayath 203: do din ki jaldi karne waale par bhi koi gunaah nahi aur jo piche reh jaaye (yaani 13 ko) us par bhi koi gunah nahi.

3- 13 Zil Haj

1. 13 Zil Haj ko bhi Zawaal ke baadh jamra ko kankriya maar ke ghar waapas ja sakte hai jaisa ke Nabi (ﷺ) ka yahi amal hai.
2. Haj ke arkaan yahi par mukammil ho chuke.
3. Ghar jaane se pehle tawaaf wadayi laazim hai.
4. Yaha se madina jaana haj ke arkaan mein se nahi hai.

4-Haj ke dino mein Nabi (ﷺ) Dua aur Allah ta’ala ki hamdh bayaan karne ke liye 6 muqaam par kuch der ke liye qayaam kiye thein
1. Safa pahaadi par
2. Marva pahaadi par
3. Maidaan arfah mein
4.Muzdalifa mein mashare haram ke paas
5. Jamra saghra ke paas
6. Jamra wasta ke paas.
In muqamaath par kasrath se duaye aur Allah ki hamd bayaan kare.

5-Dalaayel:

Tawaaf:
Tawaaf ke dauraan dua: har chakkar mein Nabi (ﷺ) hajr aswad aur rukn yamaani ke darmiyaan ye dua padte thein ‘Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasana wa fil aakhirati hasana wa qina azabannaar’.

Arafa mein waqoof:
1. Sureh baqara ayath 198: jab arfah se waapas palto to mash’ar haraam (muzdalifa) ke qareeb Allah ka zikr karo.
2. Hadith sahih ibn maja 2441: Haj to waoof Arafah hee hai.
3. Hadith sahih ibn maja 2442: Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya jo shaqs hamaare saath (10 ail haj ke roz muzdalifa mein fajr ki)namaaz mein haazir hoa aur maidaan arafah se raath ya din ko chakkar laga aya to beshak us ne apna mail kuchayl door kar liya aur us ka haj mukammal hoa.

Muzdalfa mein shab guzaarna:

1. Sureh baqara ayath 198: Mash’are haraam yaani (muzdalfa) ke qareeb Allah ka zikr karo
2. Sahih tirmizi 891: Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya jo hamaari is salaah (yaani fajr) mein shareek hoa aur hamaare saath (muzdalifa) mein tehra raha hatta ke laut gaya aur us se pehle raath ya din ke kisi hisse mein wo waqoof arafah kar chukka tha to yaqinan us ka haj mukammal hoa aur us ne manaasik haj mukammal kar liya.
3. Muzdalfa mein fajr ke salah haasil karna haj ka rukn hai.

Tawaaf ziyarah (tawaaf ifadha):

1. Sureh haj ayath 29: unhe chahiye ke Allah ke khadeem ghar (Baitullah) ka tawaaf kare.
2. Is tawaaf ko tawaaf ziyarah aur tawaaf ifadha bhi kaha jata hai.
3. Hadith bukhari 1733: Hz. Aisha (ra) bayaan karte hai ke jab hum ne Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ke saath haj kiya to neher ke din (yaani 10 zil haj) ko tawaaf ziyarah kiya.
4. Isi hadith mein Nabi (ﷺ) ko jab pata chala ke hz. Safiya (ra) hayeza hogayi to Aap (ﷺ) ne kaha kya wo hame rokne waali hai? Jab logo ne kaha ke unhone 10 zil haj ko hee tawaaf ziyarah kar liya tha to Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya phir chalo.
5. Hadees ke ye alfaaz ‘’kya wo hame rokne waali hai’’? us baath par dalaalath karte hai ke tawaaf ziyarah karna har surath mein zaruri hai, us ke baghayr haj mukammal nahi hota.

Sayi
1. Hadith ahmad/bahiqi: Nabi (ﷺ) safa wa marwa ki sayi karte hoye farma rahe thein ke sayi karo kyo ke beshak Allah ta’ala ne sayi ko tum par fardh kar diya hai.
2. Hadith muslim 1277: Hz. Aisha (ra) ka farmaan hai ke Allah ta’ala ne aise admi ka na to haj mukammal kiya hai aur na hee umrah jis ne safa wa marwa ke chakkar nahi lagaye.

Jamro ko kankriya maarna:

1. Hadith muslim 1297: 10 zil haj ke din suraj tulu hone ke baadh sirf jamra uqba ko 7 kankriya naari jaaye. Phir ayyaam tashriq yaani 11,12,13 zil haj ke dino mein har roz zawaal ke baadh tino jamro ko 7 kankriya maari jaaye. Pehla jamra ola, phir jamra wastha, phir jamra uqba ko. Yahi Nabi (ﷺ) ki sunnath thi.

Sar ke baal mundvana ya katarvana

1. Sureh fatah ayath 27: (tum zaroor masjid haraam mein daakhil hoge) sar mundvaate hoye aur sar ke baal katarvaate hoye.
2.Hadith bukhari 1727: Nabi (ﷺ) ne sar mundvaane waalo ke liye 3 martaba dua farmayi ke Aye Allah sar mundvaane waalo par rahem farma aur sar ke baal katarwaane waalo ke liye ek martaba ye dua ki.

Ayyaam tashreeq ki raate

1. Ayyaam tashreeq ki raate mina mein guzarna chahiye (sureh baqara ayath 203 aur hadith muslim 1315).
2. Tarjuma: aur Allah ki yaad ginti ke chand dino mein karo (ayaam tashreeq 11,12,13 zil haj)

Tawaaf Wida:
1. Hadith bukhari 1755: Hz. Ibn Abbaas (ra) se marvi hai ke logo ko hukm diya gaya ke wo sab akhir mein Baitullah ka tawaaf (yaani tawaaf wida) kare lekin hayeza aurath se is ki taqfeef ki gayi hai.

6-Haj Qiraan

1. Qiraan ke maani hai milana.
2. Yaani jo shaqs miqaath par haj qiraan ki niyyath karta hai to wo haj aur umra duno ki niyyath karta hai aur ehraam ki pabandiya us par umra karne ke baadh khatam nahi hoti balke haj ke mukammal hone tak rehti hai.
3. Haj qiraan karne waale agar umra ke waqt sayi bhi kiye hai to phir un par tawaaf wida ke baadh sayi karna zaruri nahi hai.

7-Haj Ifraad

1. Ifraad ka mathlab hai akela karna. Haj ifraad karne wala miqaath par sirf haj ki niyyath se saath ehraam baandhe.
2. Haj ifraad waala yo talbiya kahega Allahumma labbaik hajjan.
3. Haj ifraad karne waale ko Makkah ja kar tawaaf aur sayi karna zaruri nahi hai balke wo siddha mina ya arafah bhi ja sakte hai.
4. Lekin agar Makkah chala jaaye to tawaaf karle, ye un ke liye nafli tawaaf hoga.
